Maintaining First Responder Capabilities During a Pandemic

This session will explain what can be expected from a Fall resurgence of the Novel H1N1 influenza and will present creative ideas on how first responders can deal with increased calls for service while simultaneously experiencing a diminished work force from a pandemic. Senior officials from the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Health Affairs and FEMA’s United States Fire Administration will present the this guidance and be available for questions on this important topic.
